On-Site Auction Transport Request Form

Please complete the form below in full to request transport of your items from the on-site pickup back to our gallery in Oakville CT

We will wrap, pack and move all of your purchases at the physical estate and have them brought back to our gallery. You will then have 14 days to schedule an appointment to pickup your items. This allows you more flexibility and time to arrange pickup or shipping of your items

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Transport fees must be paid in full before any items are moved.
After submitting the transport request form, you will receive an email containing a payment link. Payment must be completed using that link no later than the final day of on-site pickup.

For AuctionNinja customers:
Once this form is submitted, your card on file with AuctionNinja will be automatically charged for the listed transport fees. If your card is declined, your items will not be moved and will remain at the estate. Any unpaid transport requests will be canceled, and items left at the estate will be considered abandoned with no further opportunity for pickup or refund.

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure full payment is received on time. If you encounter any issues with payment, you must contact our office immediately. Failure to resolve payment prior to the pickup deadline will result in forfeiture of your items.

(Any lots that are not picked up by the above date will be subject to $5 per day per lot storage, after 30 days from the time of transport all remaining items will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold without notice, or reimbursement)

Transport Service Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form and using our transport service, you (the buyer) agree to the following: East-Wing Estate Sales offers limited transport for select auction items, moving them from the estate location to our gallery at 28 Main Street, Oakville, CT 06779. Once transported, buyers have 14 calendar days from the close of the on-site pickup window to retrieve items by appointment, scheduled via text or email (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM). If a third party is retrieving your items, you must contact our office at least 48 hours in advance to authorize the pickup. Transport fees are stated in each lot description (minimum $25 per item). Upon form submission, your card on file will be automatically charged. AuctionNinja.com buyers will be charged via the card on file with AuctionNinja; all others via the payment method provided to East-Wing. Full payment must be received prior to transport. Unpaid requests will be canceled, items will remain at the estate, and will be deemed abandoned with no refund. Items not collected within 14 days of arrival at the gallery will accrue storage fees of $5 per lot, per day. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and may be resold, donated, or disposed of without further notice or refund. Buyer accepts all risks of damage, loss, or condition changes during handling, transport, and storage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, breakage, or separation of parts. East-Wing Estate Sales, its staff, agents, affiliates, and assigns bear no liability for any such damage or loss. Buyer is responsible for ensuring completeness of all lot contents at estate pickup. East-Wing is not liable for any missing, incomplete, or omitted parts not identified prior to transport. Buyer expressly waives all claims and releases East-Wing Estate Sales, its staff, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability related to the transport, handling, storage, or retrieval of property. Buyer’s submission of this form constitutes full authority for East-Wing Estate Sales and its agents to handle, move, and store items as deemed appropriate. Buyer accepts that all agents or persons acting on buyer’s behalf are equally bound by these terms. Failure to pick up or retrieve any portion of purchased lots shall not entitle buyer to any refund, credit, offset, or adjustment of any fees, transport charges, storage charges, or purchase price. Buyer is solely responsible for monitoring email, phone, and other communications to stay informed of deadlines and appointment availability; failure to receive or respond to notifications shall not excuse buyer from compliance with these terms. East-Wing Estate Sales reserves the right to assess additional administrative, handling, or labor fees for any special handling requests, labor-intensive pickups, reprocessing, or modifications to standard transport or pickup procedures. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Litchfield County, CT. By submitting this form, you confirm you have read, understand, and accept all terms above.
