HOW TO BID
East-Wing conducts auctions on several different bidding platforms. Before registering or placing a bid, confirm which platform is hosting the auction and follow the instructions shown for that platform.

AUCTIONNINJA AUCTIONS
01 · CREATE OR SIGN IN
Create an AuctionNinja account or sign in before the auction begins. Complete your account information and add a valid payment method before attempting to bid.
02 · REVIEW THE AUCTION
Read the auction instructions, item descriptions, pickup location, pickup schedule, payment requirements, and shipping availability before placing a bid.
03 · PLACE YOUR BID
Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay. AuctionNinja will bid for you only as needed, up to that amount. Your maximum bid is not automatically the amount you will pay.
04 · WATCH THE COUNTDOWN
AuctionNinja lots close progressively rather than all at once. Each lot has its own countdown and may remain open after its original closing time when bidding continues.
Stay on the individual lot as it closes. Other lots may close while the lot you are watching remains open. Do not leave simply because its original closing time has passed.
THE FIVE-MINUTE RULE
If anyone bids during the final five minutes, that individual lot’s timer returns to five minutes. The timer can reset repeatedly. The lot closes only after five full minutes pass without another bid.

Our gallery auctions at Bid.EastWingEstates.com run live. You may leave bids before the auction or follow along and bid in real time as each lot is offered.
01 · CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Visit Bid.EastWingEstates.com and create an account. This is a separate bidding platform, so your AuctionNinja username and password will not work here.
02 · REGISTER TO BID
Open the auction and select “Register” or “Pre-Register.” Review and accept the auction terms. Complete this before auction day so there is time for your registration to be approved.
03 · CHOOSE HOW TO BID
Leave a maximum bid before the auction, or return at the scheduled start time to bid live. A maximum bid allows the system to bid only as needed, up to your chosen amount.
04 · FOLLOW THE CURRENT LOT
Lots are offered one at a time in numerical order. Watch the current lot and use the bid button when you want to continue. Once a lot is sold, the auction moves to the next lot.

An AuctionNinja account does not sign you in at Bid.EastWingEstates.com.

BEFORE YOU BID
Every auction has its own terms, pickup schedule, payment requirements, and shipping options. Placing a bid means that you have reviewed and accepted those terms.
IF YOU CANNOT MEET THE STATED PICKUP OR SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
REVIEW THE CONDITION
Items are sold as-is and where-is. Read the description, examine every photograph, and ask questions before bidding.
KNOW THE TOTAL COST
The buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax are added to the winning bid. Review the auction terms for the exact charges.
PLAN YOUR PICKUP
Confirm the pickup location, date, and hours before bidding. Bring the labor, vehicle, tools, and packing materials needed to remove your purchases.
04 · CONFIRM SHIPPING
East-Wing does not provide in-house packing or shipping. If shipping is available, it must be arranged through an independent provider.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL
Your invoice or winning notice will be sent after the auction. Check your spam folder if you do not see it and follow the payment instructions provided.
FOLLOW THE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
After the auction, check your email for your invoice or winning notice. Payment, pickup, and shipping instructions may differ by auction, so follow the information provided with your purchase.
ARRANGE SHIPPING IF NEEDED
Request a quote from an independent shipper. After selecting a provider, submit the separate release form authorizing East-Wing to release your items.
Confirm the correct location, date, and time. Bring your invoice, packing materials, tools, vehicle, and enough help to load your purchases.
