Local Delivery for Online Auction Purchases

Please complete the form below to request local delivery of your purchased items. Once submitted, our team will schedule your delivery and send a confirmation email with the assigned date and payment link.

 

How it works?

Our local delivery option makes it simple to get your items without making the trip. Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit the request form. Provide your delivery details and contact information. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with a payment link.

  2. Pay the delivery fee. Delivery fees must be paid by 3:00 PM on the Saturday following the auction. Unpaid requests will be canceled, and storage fees may begin.

  3. Wait for your assigned date. Deliveries are usually completed within 7–10 days of the auction. Once routes are planned, you’ll get an email with your scheduled delivery day. Delivery dates are set by our driver and can’t be changed.
    (If delivery Schedule is light or your items is smaller in size, the driver may elect to call you directly & schedule a convenient day and time)

  4. Prepare for delivery. Ensure your delivery area is accessible at ground level, and that someone is available to receive larger or fragile items. If you won’t be home, you can note a specific drop-off location in the form below. The driver will complete delivery regardless of whether someone is present.

  5. Delivery day! Our driver will bring your items to your provided address and send photo proof of delivery once complete. Please note that this is a curbside delivery — our driver cannot enter your home or move items up or down stairs.

We keep our delivery process simple and transparent so you know exactly what to expect. Local delivery is available for most items within 30 miles of our Oakville, CT gallery, with a $100 minimum. Pricing for each lot can be found directly in the item’s description on the auction page.

Delivery includes ground-level, curbside drop-off only, and you’ll receive photo proof of delivery once complete. Our driver cannot enter homes, climb stairs, or move items beyond the immediate drop-off area. If you won’t be home, you can note a safe and accessible drop-off location in your delivery request form — we’ll handle it from there.

Delivery dates are assigned based on route planning and cannot be changed once scheduled. Please make sure your delivery location is easily accessible — if our driver cannot complete the delivery due to locked gates, blocked driveways, or unsafe conditions, your items will be returned to our Oakville gallery. A new delivery can be scheduled at an additional cost, but the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Unpaid requests are automatically canceled after the posted deadline, and standard storage fees may apply for items not delivered or picked up within the allowed timeframe.
